Anchor Alarm Pro — description
Anchor Alarm Pro is a precise anchor watch for sailors and boaters. Drop your anchor, set how far the boat may swing, and relax. If you start to drag, a loud alarm wakes you, even overnight with the screen off and the app in the background.
Built by sailors, it does one job extremely well: tell you the moment your boat is no longer where it should be.
WAKES YOU WHEN IT MATTERS
• Loud, distinctive alarm that rings on the alarm channel, even while your phone is asleep
• Soft warning first, then escalates to the full alarm so you have a chance to react
• Smart filtering ignores single bad GPS fixes, so you get fewer false alarms

• Share a simple code and let another phone, or any web browser, follow the same boat

Finding an SDK is reliable; not finding one is not — an obfuscated app can hide code we would otherwise recognise. These SDKs are ordinary parts of shipping an app, not signs of harm.
What's new
Fixes for what 1.10.0 got wrong. The watch now stays on GPS when battery saver switches on: it used to fall back to wifi and cell positioning, which is slow and coarse at anchor and could report the boat hundreds of metres away. A single bad reading can no longer raise the alarm on its own. The dim screen only comes on after dark, stays awake while you type, and can be switched off in Settings. The map opens where you were last instead of on an empty ocean.
