APKCube respects the intellectual property rights of app developers and rights holders. Every APK in the catalog is distributed unmodified as published by its developer, and we remove content promptly when a valid infringement notice is received.
If you believe content on APKCube infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@apkcube.com containing the following, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
Notices sent from an email domain associated with the app in question are typically verified and actioned within two business days. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we request the missing information.
You don't need a formal DMCA notice to have your own app removed. Developers who simply prefer not to have their app listed can email us from a domain associated with the app, and we'll take the listing down and exclude it from future indexing.
If material you uploaded or published was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address. We also terminate, where appropriate, listings and sources determined to be repeat infringers.
