APKCube respects the intellectual property rights of app developers and rights holders. Every APK in the catalog is distributed unmodified as published by its developer, and we remove content promptly when a valid infringement notice is received.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on APKCube infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@apkcube.com containing the items below — the first six are those required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

The copyrighted workIdentification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (the app name and, where applicable, its Play Store or package identifier).
The infringing materialThe URL(s) on APKCube where the infringing material is located.
Your contact detailsYour name, organization, mailing address, and email address.
Good-faith statementA statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Statement under penalty of perjuryA statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your signatureYour physical or electronic signature.
Letter of authorizationIf you are filing on behalf of the rights holder rather than as the owner, attach a scanned or digital copy of a signed letter of authorization on the rights holder's letterhead. Notices sent by an agent without one are held until we receive it.

Developer removal requests

You don't need a formal DMCA notice to have your own app removed. Developers who simply prefer not to have their app listed can email us from a domain associated with the app, and we'll take the listing down and exclude it from future indexing.

Response time

1–2 business days

Complete notices are reviewed and answered by email within 24–48 hours; those sent from an email domain associated with the app in question are verified fastest. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we request the missing information.
