For broken downloads, missing apps, version requests, or anything else about using the site, email support@apkcube.com. Include the app name and the version you were trying to download — it helps us reproduce the issue quickly.
Removal requests don't come here. They go to the DMCA Policy page, which sets out what a notice has to contain and the address it goes to. It also carries the shorter route for a developer who simply doesn't want their own app listed: a mail from a domain connected to the app, no formal notice needed. Complete requests are answered within 24–48 hours.
Found an APK that fails signature verification, or a vulnerability in the site itself? Email support@apkcube.com. These reports are triaged ahead of everything else.
