Install an APKS installer app from the Play Store.
Open the installer app.
Tap Install and select Drop-Solitaire-Card-Puzzles_1.5.0_apkcube.apk.
Tap OK and wait for the installation to complete.

On Windows

Download and install an Android emulator on your PC.
Open the emulator and sign in.
