Jetpack

Jetpack helps customers manage a supported Jetpack modem from Android while connected to the same local network.

Use the app to:

- detect a supported Jetpack modem
- sign in with the modem admin password
- view modem and SIM status
- change Wi-Fi name and password
- manage guest Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi coverage
- block devices and set speed limits
- change the modem admin password
- reboot or restore the modem
- run an optional speed test
- open support, social, and balance-check links when the user chooses them
- The app works with supported Jetpack modem
