ティンクルスターナイツ 変身ヒロインRPG！美少女ゲーム

What kind of single-player RPG this is

ティンクルスターナイツ 変身ヒロインRPG！美少女ゲーム is a role-playing game built around command battles. The story follows Hiyami Kurato (緋宮クロト), who leads the Star Knights, a group of girls trained at an academy set up to produce them as the world faces monster attacks.

The listing aims it at players who like raising characters and want a simpler strategy game with 3D girl characters, rather than an action game or a heavy tactics title.

Building a squad of Star Knight girls

You train individual Star Knight girls and arrange them into a formation of your own choosing. Battles are fought through commands given to that team, using attacks, unison and charge actions.

Because the squad is yours to build, the girls you train and place together decide how each fight plays out.

Unison attacks and full unison damage

When the girls in a formation attack at the same time, the team can perform a unison attack. The listing says that when the whole formation is in full unison, enemies take heavy damage.

Raising bonds and unlocking character stories

Each girl has an affection level that rises as you build your bond with her. Reaching higher levels opens special story scenes for that character, which is how the listing describes the reason to keep training particular girls.

Story goals and the Kuma-san art team

Kurato's stated aim is to become the Demon King in order to save the world, and the campaign is built around that goal. Character illustrations come from the Creative Team Kuma-san, a group formed in 2019 within DMM GAMES that includes illustrators and designers who work across the company's titles.
