What 360Player is for

360Player is a sports team app for coaches, clubs and players. The listing presents it as one platform for assessments, performance reviews, messaging, statistics, a calendar and video analytics, so a club does not need several separate tools.

The stated aim is to let coaches get more done in less time, and to give individual players feedback on their own development.

Player assessments and position matching

Coaches can run assessments on each player. The listing says the app uses these results to suggest the positions a player suits best, and to produce training tailored to that player's profile.

The listing does not describe how those assessments are scored or how the training is chosen beyond that.

Team chat, wall and performance reviews

Team members can post to a shared wall or message each other directly in the app. This covers the whole squad and individual contact in the same place.

For one-to-one feedback, the Player Dialogue tool is used for performance reviews between a coach and a player.

Match statistics and video analytics

The app records real match and training statistics for the team, which the listing says give insight into how the team is performing. Those numbers sit alongside the other team data in the app.

Video analytics is included so that footage can be used to work on the same areas the statistics and assessments point to.

Calendar and planning in one place

The calendar is used to set up upcoming matches and training sessions. According to the listing, a coach can look up a player's profile, check the schedule and set up the next match without leaving the 360Player platform or signing into anything else.
