The Amex France app is American Express's own Android app for managing an existing card account from a phone. It is aimed at French cardholders who want to see their account, follow their spending and handle card matters without calling or logging in on a website.
The listing presents it as a companion to the wider Amex app, so some features are described as available in both. Access to the account is tied to an Amex card.
The app shows your current balance and lets you follow your expenses over time. The listing also says it displays offers personalised to your account.
The listing's short summary mentions benefits and rewards alongside these, which suggests they are reachable from the same account view.
If you lose your card, you can block it temporarily from the app straight away, and unblock it later from the same place. This is the main card-control function the listing describes.

When a new American Express card arrives, the app can be used to activate it and to create an online customer area, which the listing calls the Espace Client.
