This page needs its stylesheet to be shown
The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Extract installed apps to APK or XAPK, back up and share them. No root needed.

APK Extractor copies an app that is already installed on your phone into an APK file. You can then keep that file as a backup, hold on to an older version, or pass it to someone else. The listing says it does this without root access.
The listing points to a few specific cases: an app you want to keep before an update, an app that has been removed from Google Play, a phone with a weak or no internet connection that needs an app, and checking an app's version and SDK details. Anyone who wants a copy of an installed app for one of those reasons is the person it is aimed at.
You can extract both user-installed apps and system apps. Apps that Google distributes as Android App Bundles are split into several pieces, and the listing says these are saved together as a single .xapk file so no part is left out.
Extracted files go to a folder called Downloads/ApkExtractor, which makes them easy to find in any file manager. The listing does not describe any other output location.
Batch extraction lets you select several apps and extract them together, rather than one at a time. Each file gets a name from a pattern you can set, using fields such as the app name, the package name and the version number.
A naming pattern built on the package name and version makes it simpler to tell apart two saved copies of the same app taken at different times.
Sharing sends an extracted APK through any app on your phone that accepts files. The listing names Bluetooth, nearby sharing, email and messaging apps as routes. Bluetooth is the route the listing says works without an internet connection, which matters for sending an app to a device that is offline.
Because the sharing step uses whatever file-sending apps you already have, the app itself does not need its own account or service to pass an APK to someone.
The build we hold is APK Extractor: Backup & Share 1.0.1 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.
