Armor Sandbox is a 2D game about impact physics. You choose what to fire and what to fire it at, and the simulation works out the hit. The listing places it in the Game category with a Teen content rating.
According to the developer, each shot is calculated from the physics of the materials involved, so the outcome depends on what you picked.
Plates, projectiles and fragments are all built from particles, so a hit can bend metal, crack a plate or send pieces flying off the far side, a effect called spalling.
Deformation, fracture and spalling all come from the same underlying numbers, so changing the material changes how a plate fails.
Each material carries density, strength, toughness, melting point and heat capacity. According to the developer, these values decide whether a plate dents, cracks or shatters.
Glass is brittle, so a hit that only dents steel will shatter glass. The developer presents this as a result of the material's properties rather than a prepared shatter effect.
Heat, fire and detonation are handled by the same particle model, using each material's heat capacity and melting point.
The listing says these effects follow from the material values rather than being drawn on top of the hit as separate visual layers.
