ARQ: Global Finance is a finance app aimed at people in Latin America who earn or spend in foreign currency. The developer names travelers, freelancers and remote professionals as its main users.
It covers three jobs: holding dollars and euros, spending abroad on a card, and collecting payments from U.S. and European clients. Each one is described below.
The build we hold is ARQ: Global Finance 7.29.6 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

You convert Latin American pesos or reales into digital dollars or digital euros inside the app. The developer says the conversion uses the interbank rate, the same rate shown on Google, and that it is free of hidden fees.
The listing says conversions take seconds. Those balances are what the card and the receiving accounts draw on, so they sit at the centre of the app.
The ARQ Mastercard is accepted in more than 180 countries, and the listing says it has no annual fee and no fees on purchases. It is aimed at travel, shopping from international online stores, and payments abroad.
The card can be added to Apple Pay and Google Wallet. A prestige credit card is also offered, which the listing describes as carrying exclusive benefits. The listing does not say what those benefits are.
The app gives you your own U.S. account details (ACH and wire) and a European IBAN. Clients can pay you into these as if you lived in the U.S. or Europe, and the developer says the conversion rate and fees on that money are also favourable.
The listing names Deel, Upwork, OnTop, Payoneer, PayPal, Airbnb, Fiverr and Workana as compatible platforms, and says there are more. That makes it relevant to people who get paid through those services.
