What the AstroPay wallet holds and who it suits

AstroPay is a wallet for money that crosses borders. It holds balances in several currencies, and the same account handles sending, receiving, paying abroad and exchanging money.

The listing is aimed at people who regularly send money overseas, receive it from abroad, or spend in other countries. It does not describe a domestic banking role.

Sending and receiving money between wallets

Transfers go directly from one AstroPay wallet to another, so the person you pay needs an AstroPay wallet too. The developer says transfers arrive instantly and cost nothing, wherever the sender is.
