A first-foods diary for starting solids — log what you introduce and how your baby reacted, the way many parents are told to during weaning: one new food at a time, a few days apart, watching for a reaction.
WHY THIS APP DIAGNOSES NOTHING
No allergy test, no scoring, no automated verdict — you type what you fed your baby and what happened, and the app keeps exactly that.
HOW TO LOG AN ENTRY
• Food name and amount, if you measured it
• Mark first time trying, if it's a first
• Reaction, if any: none, rash, hives, vomiting, diarrhea, swelling, or other
• Meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack
• A short note, then save
THE PATTERN, VISIBLE
Home shows this week's totals by day. Insights shows amount logged by week and when you actually log — morning, midday, evening, or night. History lists every entry with filters by reaction.
YOUR RECORD STAYS YOURS
No account, no sign-in, nothing to lose to a server migration. Fully offline, everything stays on your device. Unlimited entries, no subscription, no premium tier, no recipe library to buy into. Banner ads only — never a full-screen ad after saving.
READY FOR THE PEDIATRICIAN
Export the whole diary to CSV anytime — date, time, food, amount, first try, reaction, meal, notes.
WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO
It does not diagnose allergies, does not assess severity, and is not a medical device. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any pediatric practice, hospital, or health authority, and not a recipe app. If you suspect a reaction, contact your pediatrician; for a severe reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face or throat, repeated vomiting), call emergency services right away. Also not a feeding, sleep, or diaper tracker for newborns.
WHO FINDS IT USEFUL
• Parents starting solids or baby-led weaning around 6 months
• Anyone introducing the nine major allergens one at a time (milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame)
• Anyone tired of baby apps that lock the log behind a subscription, require an account, or lose data when it lapses.
