Baby Phone Game for Kids & Toddlers to Learn Sounds, Numbers, ABCs, Phone Calls
Senior reviews editor
Baby Phone & Kids Games turns a smartphone into a toy phone for children aged 1 to 5. The play is guided by Lucas and Friends, a set of cartoon characters who appear throughout the activities. The developer lists the app under Educational and rates it for ages 3 and up on Google Play.
The app brings several kinds of play into one place. A child can make pretend calls, join video-style chats, and move between songs, letters, numbers and coloring. It suits parents and carers looking for a single toddler app that covers calls, early learning and music.
The phone call feature lets a child call Lucas, Ruby, Lilly or Brody. Each call has character voices, music, and back-and-forth social interaction. The developer presents these calls as a way to make pretend play more imaginative.
Because the calls are built around the same characters, a child can return to familiar voices across sessions. The calls are the main way the app turns the phone itself into the toy.
The interactive video call mode shows the characters on screen during a call. The developer says they react with giggles, facial expressions and playful voices. This is the app's most animated mode, and it is the one the listing describes most fully.
The listing describes the video calls as immersive, aimed at toddlers who want a chat that answers back.
The listing names learning content for ABCs, numbers and sounds, alongside music and coloring. These sit beside the calls and video chats rather than in a separate learning mode. The developer says the app covers 'much more' than the calls, but names only these activities.
The learning activities are the parts of the app aimed at early literacy and counting. The music and coloring give a child quieter, hands-on options between the calls.
The build we hold is Baby Phone & Kids Games 1.2.7 (APKS split bundle) for Android 6.0 and up.
