Complete Constitution of India in Hindi -> Bharat ka Samvidhan Hindi Offline
Senior reviews editor
Bharat ka Samvidhan Offline is a Hindi-language copy of the Constitution of India. Its title describes it as offline, and it sets out the document in four components: the Preamble, the Parts, the Schedules and the Amendments. It suits someone who wants the constitution text in Hindi on a phone.
The listing states that the Constitution was passed by the Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949 and came into force on 26 January 1950. It describes the constitution as the supreme law of India.
The Preamble (उद्देशिका) is the statement of purpose that opens the constitution. The Parts (भाग) hold the main body of the text, grouped into sections. The Schedules (अनुसूची) are supplementary lists attached to the main text, and the Amendments (संशोधन) record changes made after the Constitution was adopted.
The listing says the app includes all four of these components. Each one is presented as part of the Hindi text, so a reader can look at any of them on its own.
The description says 26 November is observed in India as Constitution Day, and 26 January as Republic Day. It credits Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar with being the chief architect or framer of the Indian Constitution.
It also describes the Indian Constitution as the longest written constitution of any republic in the world.
The text is arranged under the four headings the listing names, so the Preamble, Parts, Schedules and Amendments can each be read as their own section. Someone checking a single article or schedule would be working through the same four components.
The description also gives a short Hindi and romanized Hindi introduction to the constitution before the list of components.
The build we hold is Bharat ka Samvidhan Offline 3.11 (APKS split bundle) for Android 6.0 and up.
