Blood Pressure Tracker is a blood pressure log that doesn't want anything from you. No subscription. No ads. No account to create. You pay once, your readings are stored in your own Google Drive, and this app talks to no server of ours.
Whether your doctor has asked you to keep a record for a few weeks, or you have been tracking high blood pressure for years, this is a quiet place to put the numbers and get them back out again when they matter.
WHERE YOUR READINGS LIVE
You sign in with Google once. The app asks for a single narrow permission and can only ever open one private folder that it creates for itself. It cannot see, list or touch anything else in your Drive, and the folder does not appear in the normal Drive interface. Your readings sync between your own devices through that folder without passing through anything of ours. There is no analytics, no tracking and no third-party advertising code in this app.
RECORDING A READING
- Scroll wheels for systolic, diastolic and pulse: no keyboard, no mistyped numbers
- Record the arm and the position you measured in
- Note whether you were resting, stressed, after a meal, after coffee or around exercise
- Flag readings taken before medication
- Add a note when a number needs explaining
- Two home screen widgets: one opens the entry form, one opens the camera
SCAN THE DISPLAY, IF YOU WANT TO
Photograph your monitor and the numbers fill themselves in, so you don't have to set the wheels at all.
Scanning uses Google's Gemini service with your own API key, which stays yours. To create one: open aistudio.google.com in a browser, sign in with your Google account, choose Create API key, and copy it into Settings, Display scanning. It takes a couple of minutes and you only do it once.
Without a key the feature stays switched off and no photograph ever leaves your phone. Scanned values always land in editable fields, so you check them before anything is saved.
CHARTS AND TRENDS
- Systolic, diastolic and pulse plotted over 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, or your whole history
- Averages for whichever period you are looking at
- Readings grouped into sessions, the way guidelines ask you to take them
- Every reading placed against AHA/ACC or ESC reference ranges, whichever you prefer
READY FOR THE APPOINTMENT
- Export a clean PDF report to hand to your doctor
- Export to XLSX if you would rather work with the numbers yourself
- Import an existing history from a CSV or XLSX spreadsheet
ONE APP, EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE
Separate profiles, each with its own readings, reminders and charts. Switch between them in a tap.
REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY ARRIVE
Choose the times and the days you want to be prompted. Reminders are delivered at the time you picked rather than whenever the system next decides to wake the app, and they survive a restart.
HEALTH CONNECT
Optional, and off until you turn it on. Write your readings out so your other health apps can see them, and pull in blood pressure recorded elsewhere so your history is complete.
GETTING YOUR DATA BACK, OR GETTING OUT
The app keeps working when you are offline and catches up when you reconnect. Export whenever you like. And if you want out, Delete all data permanently erases the file from your Drive, clears the local copy, removes your reminders and signs you out. One screen, no email to send and no form to fill in.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT
Blood Pressure Tracker records readings you take with your own monitor. It does not measure blood pressure, it is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Classification ranges are published reference information, shown so you can see where a reading falls. They are not medical advice. Please consult a healthcare professional about your readings.
