Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter

What Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter is

Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter is a 3D dinosaur hunting game for Android, published by Tatem Games Inc. and listed on Google Play under Action. It is part of the Carnivores series, which the listing says is marking its 20th anniversary. You land on a planet full of dinosaurs, begin as a wildlife observer, and work up to being a stealthy T-Rex hunter.

The listing addresses people who played Carnivores on PC and new players alike. It is rated 12+.

Stealth gear, weapons and cameras for hunts

Before a hunt you can equip camouflage, cover scent or radar. You then pick a weapon to hunt, or a camera to observe the animals instead. The listing also offers a tranquilizer that replaces bullets, for players who would rather not kill.

Seven environments, day and night, and dinosaur numbers

The game has seven 3D environments, and you choose the time of day for each hunt. Night vision is available for dark hunts. According to the listing, you also decide how many dinosaurs fill an area, which lets you set each area to suit your skill.

Trophy room, Survive Mode and the Dinopedia

Prey can be stored in a trophy room built at real size. Survive Mode is a separate challenge where you try to beat your own high score. The Dinopedia holds tips and tricks for each dinosaur in the game.
