Castle Crush：Epic Battle

A real-time card strategy game for online duels

Castle Crush：Epic Battle is a real-time strategy game built around a deck of cards. Each card is a troop, a monster or a spell, and you place them on the field to break into an opponent's castle. The developer frames it as sitting somewhere between an RPG and an RTS, and the listing says it is free to play.

It suits players who want live multiplayer matches against other people, with levels to work through alongside them.

Building a deck and deploying troops in battle

You collect and upgrade more than 40 troops and spells, from a Dryad to a Dragon, and choose which ones go into your deck. The listing gives examples of how the choice changes a fight: archers that attack from a distance, a Royale Golem that breaks through defenses, and a heal spell that boosts your troops. Matches are against other players in the arena, and the listing says you can also duel online with friends.

Unlocking cards through chests and daily rewards

Magical chests are the main way to unlock new troops, monsters and spells, and the listing notes that some chests can contain legendary cards. Destroying an opponent's castle also unlocks new cards. Free daily cards are added on top of that, and progress through multiple levels runs alongside the card collection.

Trophies, the global ranking and clans

Winning matches earns trophies, which you use to climb the global ranking. You can join a clan and take part in clan clashes against enemy clans, and the listing links a Facebook page and a forum for the Castle Crush community.
