Color Hop 3D - Music Game

What Color Hop 3D - Music Game is

Color Hop 3D - Music Game is a rhythm game for Android in which a ball moves along a road of colored tiles. Music sets the pace, and the listing presents it as a music game first and a ball game second. It suits people who enjoy rhythm games and quick reflex play, since the whole game runs on one finger.

The listing calls the game free to play.

Steering the ball across matching tiles

Each jump is a swipe, and the ball has to land on a tile of the right color. The listing says a landing on the wrong color ends the run, so the game asks you to stay in time with the music and keep the ball on track. The stated aim is to get as far as possible down the color road.

Because the controls are a single swipe, the difficulty comes from timing and judgment rather than from button combinations.

Music, beats and level design

The tracks are EDM songs chosen by the developer, and the tile layout is built around their beat and melody. Each level holds surprises that the listing says you find as you progress. The result is a game where the music and the route are meant to be read together.

Adding your own songs and new tracks

The listing's summary says you can upload your own favorite songs and have the tile road react to their rhythm. The main game content, by contrast, is the developer's own selection of EDM music. The developer also says that updates bring newer EDM songs into the game over time.
