You expand your kingdom through successive ages, develop your cities, and fortify them against attack. Resource management runs alongside this, so the economy behind your army matters as much as the army itself.
The listing says you can forge alliances with other civilizations and unlock advanced technologies to strengthen your empire. Training knights is part of the same growth loop, tying the economy, your cities and your battlefield strength together.
Battles are large in scale, and the listing says each decision you make affects your empire. You lead knights, equip them with armor, and plan tactics to outmaneuver enemy forces. Conquest means taking enemy lands, so a won battle changes the map as well as the score.
The listing frames the fighting as tactical warfare rather than quick combat, with strategy driving the outcome. It describes the controls as easy, and says the game is meant to suit both experienced strategists and players new to war strategy games.
At the start you choose one of four factions: Viking, Teutonic, Frankish or Anglo-Saxon. Your faction shapes the direction of your kingdom, according to the listing.
The setting is medieval Europe, and the developer stresses that no mythical creatures, spells or dragons appear. Everything is meant to reflect real historical empires and warfare.
The listing links official community channels on Discord, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The developer uses them to invite players to share battle strategies and discuss the game with others.
