Pay taxi, friend, shop, bill, telco, and many others. This is the way we PayLah!

DBS PayLah! is a payment app from DBS Bank Ltd. Its listing describes a redesigned version aimed at teens, covering everyday spending, transfers between people and a few small perks. It is a payments app first, so the features below are mostly about moving money.
Most of what it does is handled through QR codes and transfers between phone numbers or contacts. The rest of this page goes through each part.
The build we hold is DBS PayLah! 7.2.1 (APK) for Android 12 and up.

The scan feature pays merchants by QR code. The listing names NETS QR, PayNow QR, FavePay QR and SGQR, and says these work at hawker centres, restaurants, shops and online checkouts.
For trips abroad, the app lists overseas QR codes: DuitNow QR in Malaysia, PromptPay QR in Thailand, QRIS in Indonesia and UnionPay QR, which the listing says works globally.
Transfers go to friends and family in a few taps. A person can also send a request for money, which is meant for splitting shared expenses.
The app also offers QR Gift and eGift options, so a person can give money as a code or as an eGift to someone else.
Bills can be paid inside the app through AXS. The listing's summary also names taxi fares, telco bills and payments to shops, which suggests the same app covers these too.
The description mentions exclusive deals as part of the app, but it does not say what those deals are, so a reader should check the app itself for what is on offer.
