What the DJ Music Mixer app is for

DJ Music Mixer - Virtual DJ turns an Android phone into a mixing setup for remixes and DJ-style sets. Everything happens in one workspace, so you blend tracks, adjust the sound, and record the result without switching screens.

The listing points to three uses: practicing transitions between songs, preparing music for a party, and trying out new remix ideas. Beginners and experienced mixers are both named as audiences, with simple controls on one side and more flexible options on the other.

Loading songs and mixing two tracks

You load songs saved on your device into the app. The dual-deck layout gives you two tracks to control side by side, with playback adjustments on each deck.

The listing describes moving between the two songs smoothly, which is the core of a mix. It also says the layout suits both short sessions and longer mixes.

Effects and sound shaping during a mix

The app includes effects you can trigger while tracks play. The listing names effects as one of the tools for combining tracks into a remix.

Separate sound-shaping controls let you change the character of what you are playing. The listing does not detail which parameters these cover.

Recording your mixes

You can record your performance from inside the app, so a finished blend can be kept after the session. The listing presents recording as part of the same workspace as the mixer and effects.

Taken together, the deck layout, effects and recording let you build a mix from your own music library and save the result.
