Doc Viewer - PDF, Word, Sheet

A file manager for office documents

Doc Viewer is a file manager for documents stored on an Android device. It suits people who deal with office paperwork or study material day to day and want to find, combine, protect and share those files in one place.

The developer also names team collaboration as a use, alongside personal work.

Finding PDF, Word and Excel files by type

The filter sorts files on the device by type. It covers PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text and image files. Choosing a type narrows the list to that kind of file, which helps when a folder holds a mix of documents and photos.

Merging, splitting and encrypting PDFs

Merge joins several PDF files into a single document. Split breaks a large PDF into smaller parts, so one long file can be divided up.

Encryption locks a PDF so that its content can only be read by authorized people. The developer lists it as a way to protect important files.

Sharing, renaming and deleting files

Files can be shared, renamed or deleted from within the app. These are the routine steps of office work, and the developer presents them as useful for both team work and personal files.
