A landlord sim built around one building

Dream House Days is a Kairosoft simulation game in which you act as both architect and landlord. You decide what goes into each unit, from arcade cabinets and saunas to small convenience stores.

The game sits in the Simulation category on Google Play. Its goal is to turn a building into a place that earns rent and attracts good tenants.

Furnishing rooms and raising rent

Certain furniture pairings upgrade a room and the rent it brings in. The listing gives two examples: an HDTV with a game console makes a game room, and a grand piano with a painting makes a fine arts room.

Saves, friend bonuses and in-app purchases

Game data is stored on the device you play on. Save data cannot be moved to another device, and it cannot be restored after you delete or reinstall the app.

Playing with friends unlocks special bonuses, but this feature is currently in beta testing. Certain features require in-app purchases.
