Automatic meal planner with personalized diets, grocery lists, calories & macros
By Irfan Rosli
News editor
Eat This Much is an automatic meal planner. You enter your targets, food preferences, budget and daily schedule, and it assembles a complete plan of meals instead of you choosing each one.
It suits people who count calories or macros and want the meal choices made for them. The listing names weight loss, maintenance and muscle or bodybuilding as the goals it covers.
The build we hold is Eat This Much - Meal Planner 2.0.169 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

Plans are built to hit a calorie figure and macronutrient split. The listing says a plan generates in seconds once the targets are set.
Each goal sets a different nutrition target: weight loss, maintenance, or muscle and bodybuilding. The targets stay in the plan, so the meals it generates keep to them.
Built-in eating styles include paleo, Atkins and keto, vegetarian, vegan and Mediterranean. You can also set up your own style.
Foods and recipes can be filtered out by allergy or dislike, and there is a gluten-free filter. Any recipe in the library can be edited, and you can add your own recipes to the plans.
Each meal can be given a maximum cooking time so the plan fits your schedule. If you dislike a suggestion, you can swap it for another.
Recurring Foods limits the planner to foods you name, so the plans draw only from those. The summary also lists grocery lists as part of the app.
