The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

What Educate is and who it suits

Educate is an online classroom app where teachers hold live classes and students join them. It also works as a way to find a tutor for a specific subject.

The listing names English, Science, Maths, Physics, GRE, GMAT, Coding, Aptitude, Entrepreneurship, Placement Preparation, Language Learning, Music and Sports. Teachers use it to run a class, and students use it to take one or to pick a tutor.

Joining live classes and recorded lessons

Live classes are real-time sessions with teachers, and the listing says students can join from anywhere. During a session, a teacher can share their screen and draw on the Live Whiteboard to explain a concept.

Every live session is recorded automatically and saved for playback. A student who misses a class can watch the recording afterwards.

Tests, MCQs and assignments

Teachers can create tests and quizzes inside the app, and the listing says these are used to check knowledge and track progress. Multiple-choice questions can be written in bulk, scheduled, and given a marking scheme of the teacher's choosing.

Students complete tests and assignments in the app and submit their notes there too. The listing says assignments, progress and study material are all kept in one place.

Chat, batches and shared resources

Students can message their teachers to ask doubts and receive announcements. Batches group students with classmates for group discussions and classes attended together.

Teachers and students can share study modules, references, online content and video links. Teachers can also send reminders and have attendance tracked automatically.

Finding a tutor through teacher profiles

Teachers can build a profile that lists their qualifications, teaching experience and subject expertise. Students can browse these profiles and connect with tutors from different parts of the world.

The listing presents the app as a way for students to find a qualified tutor for a particular subject, and for teachers to find new students.
