The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Play ProtectEnglish Phrasebook: 812 entries offline, AI, audio, quiz.
By Mei-Lin Chua
Contributing editor, apps and storefronts
English Phrasebook is centered on looking up and studying English words. The developer lists 812 entries, with the dictionary available offline, so it may suit learners who want a reference they can consult without a network connection.
Despite the app's name, the listing describes dictionary entries and word study tools. It does not explain whether the entries include conversational phrases or how the quiz mentioned in the store summary works.
Typing brings up matching results as text is entered. Search filters can narrow results to words that begin or end with the text supplied, while voice search lets someone speak a word instead.
Copied text can also be searched, which is useful when a word appears in another passage. An alphabet index provides a way to browse by letter, and a random-word control offers a starting point when there is no particular word to look up.
Entries can be saved, and the built-in collection can be changed by adding words or editing existing ones. Topic groups let learners browse related vocabulary instead of searching one word at a time.
The AI assistant can provide a word's definition, context, synonyms, pronunciation guidance and example sentences. For a word missing from the dictionary, the listing says AI can find it and let the user add it to a personal database. AI-written descriptions and answers can be kept as entry descriptions or notes.
The dictionary is described as offline, and the developer says a signup and a paywall during lookup are not required. The listing does not state whether the AI assistant needs an internet connection, so offline access to the dictionary should not be taken to mean that AI features work offline.
No subscription, paid unlock or advertising details are given in the listing. It also does not explain the quiz format or how the audio works beyond saying that words can be heard.
The build we hold is English Phrasebook 2.0.7.1 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.
