What Excitel Heroes is for

Excitel Heroes is a workflow management app. According to the developer, it supports a work process and manages the flow of the activities needed to complete that work.

It suits teams where people carry different responsibilities, since the app is built around separate user roles, each covering a different part of the process.

Roles and the flow of activities

Each user role handles its own share of the process, so a person sees the work that falls to their role rather than the whole workflow. The developer describes this as the basis of how activities move from one step to the next.

The app keeps those activities moving toward completion. It does not, on the listing's account, depend on any particular industry or task type.

Sales, events, attendance and RFS mapping

The core functions the developer names are Sales, Statistics, Events, Attendance and RFS mapping. Sales and attendance are the two that a team would typically use day to day, while Statistics gathers figures from the work.

The developer also says there are further functions beyond these five, without naming them.

Location data and productivity reports

Some of the functions need location data, which the app collects for those functions only. That data feeds productivity reports.

Users can open those reports to explore and review them, so the location records are used to show how the work was done rather than sitting unused.
