Prevent a galaxy attack & destroy square alien invaders in space shooter games
Senior reviews editor
Fire Hero 2D Space Shooter is an arcade scrolling shooter. You pilot a spaceship that pushes deeper into a galaxy with no stated end, firing at alien blocks along the way. The developer describes the art style as minimalistic.
The game suits players who enjoy short, reflex-driven shooting rounds. Progress comes from clearing the blocks in front of you while staying alive in a dense field of fire.
The enemies are square blocks with a number printed on each one. According to the developer, the block's color follows its number, so you can judge how much fire a block needs before it reaches you.
The build we hold is Fire Hero 2D — Space Shooter 2.018 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.1 and up.

A higher number means a tougher block. The listing presents this as the main way to tell threats apart at a glance.
Each level is a bullet hell stage, and you advance through them in sequence. The developer says the challenge rises as you progress from level to level.
Every level ends with a super-boss that the listing describes as a massive galaxy attack. Defeating it is the required step before moving on.
The developer lists reaction, dexterity and concentration as the skills the game tests. Dodging dense bullet patterns and picking targets by their numbers both draw on them.
Because the blocks are simple shapes with numbers, the play depends on quick reads of the screen rather than on learning a complex control scheme.
