What the transit query app covers and who uses it
Fiscalização Senatran runs transit-domain queries for two kinds of user: citizens, and traffic agents working for a traffic authority. The two profiles share the same app but get different query limits and different ways of signing in.
The listing describes it as a tool for checking transit records rather than for managing them. Citizens use it to look things up, and agents use it for their field work with a linked phone.
Citizen queries and the daily limit
A citizen signs in with a Gov.BR account. Once signed in, the citizen profile allows up to five queries per day. The cap resets daily according to the listing's wording, which speaks of a per-day quantity.
Because access depends on Gov.BR, a citizen needs an account on that login system before the app can be used.
Linking a traffic agent's phone to an agency
Agent access needs the same Gov.BR login plus a link to a specific traffic agency. Before logging in, the agent taps the "share Device ID" button on the main screen, then picks a channel to send the code through. The Device ID is the phone's identifier.
The agent then gives the Device ID and their CPF to the registrar, the manager of their traffic agency, who attaches the phone and the agent's user to that agency. Once linked, the agent profile runs queries without the daily cap that applies to citizens.
Handing a shared phone to another agent
The listing asks agents who share a phone to sign out with the "SAIR DA CONTA" button when they finish their shift, so the next agent does not open the app under the previous agent's account.
This is the only sign-out instruction the listing gives, and it applies to shared devices.
