FlowAccount is a business management tool for one-person shops and for businesses with several staff. It covers billing, expenses and stock in one place, and the same account works on a phone and in a web browser. The listing is aimed at owners who handle their own paperwork and at teams that share it.
Its document set includes quotations, billing notes, tax invoices, receipts and withholding tax certificates. The listing also says it connects to data from the Thai Revenue Department database.
The build we hold is FlowAccount 3.5.6 (APKS split bundle) for Android 5.0 and up.

Documents are created inside the app and cover the common Thai business paperwork: a quotation for a price offer, a billing note for collecting payment, a tax invoice, a receipt, and a withholding tax certificate for amounts deducted at source. Withholding tax certificates are listed separately from the other documents, so they are produced from the same account rather than in a second tool.
The listing says the app can print mailing addresses on envelopes or parcels. Documents can also be shared to Line and Facebook, which covers sending a file to a customer without exporting it first.
Expenses are logged by photographing a bill, and the app records the cost automatically. This replaces typing each receipt into a spreadsheet, though the listing does not describe how accurate the reading is.
Stock is managed inside the app, with a dashboard that gives an overview of the business. Notifications flag best-selling products and the customers with the highest purchase totals. These alerts are the listing's stated way of showing where sales are coming from.
Several people can work in the same business account, and the listing states there is no limit on the number of team members. Staff can use the mobile app for quick tasks like photographing bills, then sign in on the website for full functionality.
The web version at flowaccount.com gives full login access to the same account, so records entered on a phone are available on a desktop.
