Followers And Unfollowers

What Followers And Unfollowers does for your account

If you want to know who follows you and how those people respond to your posts, the question is usually answered by scrolling through lists by hand. Followers And Unfollowers, published by TwinGlow Apps, is built to answer it for you. The listing presents it as a way to see insights on your own Instagram profile.

The listing calls it a free Instagram follower analyser. Its features fall into three broad groups: who follows you back, who has changed their follow or block status, and how your followers and posts engage with you. Each group answers a different question an account owner might ask.

The listing frames the app around your own profile, and names top followers, ghost followers and secret admirers as the things it helps you find. It suits people who care about the make-up of their follower list and how it responds to what they post.

Checking who follows you back

The core comparison is between the accounts you follow and the accounts that follow you. The app lists people who do not follow you back, which the listing calls Don't Follow Me Back, and people you are not following, which it calls You Don't Follow Back. Mutual followers, meaning accounts that follow each other, appear as their own list.

The listing says you can unfollow people who do not follow you back from within the app, so the lists are more than a read-out. Sent follow requests can also be deleted through the app, according to the listing.

Spotting changes in your follower list

Several features show what has changed on your account. Who stopped following you lists accounts that have left, and Who just started following you lists the most recent additions. The listing also names a feature to track who blocked your account, and another called Who removed their likes, which covers accounts that took back a like on your posts.

Each of these is a separate list under its own heading. A change to your followers shows up in the list that matches it, so you can check departures, new follows, blocks and removed likes independently of one another.

Ranking fans, ghost followers and admirers

The ranking features sort followers by how they respond to you. Top fans and ghost followers are shown with numbers. The app also separates followers who never liked your posts from those who always did, and does the same for comments. The listing states that you can discover who your ghost followers are, presented as a group of their own.

Secret admirers and your top watched video complete the set. The listing describes secret admirers as a separate list, and top watched video as a way to see which of your videos was watched most. Together these make the app a way of looking at which followers are active and which are passive.

Post performance and story viewing

Your media is categorised by the likes and comments each post received. The post analysis tool lets you track your most popular and least popular posts, and a separate view shows which posts got the most engagement. Put together, these let you compare posts against each other on the same measures.

The listing also includes a feature called Watch Stories Secretly, and another that shows interactions between you and your followers. Both sit alongside the follower lists and are reached through the same app.
