- Access depends on region, account status and local rules
What HashKey Exchange covers
HashKey Exchange is the main app HashKey has consolidated its services into. It replaces the need to install a separate app for each regional site, and the developer lists Hong Kong, Singapore, MENA and Global sites as the ones it brings together.
It is aimed at people who already hold accounts with HashKey and want to reach more than one of its sites from the same app. Which site services you see depends on your region, your account status and local requirements.
Switching between HashKey regional sites
Each regional site has its own entrance inside the app, so you move between Hong Kong, Singapore, MENA and Global services without opening another app. The developer says this is meant to cut down on juggling several apps.
What you can use inside each entrance varies by site. The listing states that services and features are subject to what the app displays for your eligible site.
Checking markets and managing digital asset accounts
The app shows market information and your account assets, and gives access to the digital asset services open to your eligible site. Trading and other services appear only where your account qualifies for them.
Because availability is tied to your site and account, two users of the same app may see different menus and options.
Keeping order, trade and deposit history
The listing says your account assets, KYC (identity verification) status, historical orders, trade records, deposit records and withdrawal records stay on file. They are kept so you can keep managing the account over time, including after the app changes.
The developer describes these records as securely retained, but the listing gives no further detail on how that is done.
Web3 Wallet entrance
A Web3 Wallet entrance was added to the app with this update. The developer says Web3 Wallet services are run by HashKey Hub Limited, not by the exchange itself.
The listing states these wallet services are separate from the centralized exchange services, so a wallet is reached through its own entrance rather than through the trading and account screens.
