What the Helium Mobile app is
Helium Mobile is a mobile service app published by Noble Mobile. It is built around a 5G network that the developer describes as the largest in the country, combined with a second network the developer says was built by people rather than a single carrier.
The listing is short and gives few details about individual plans or screens, so this guide covers only what the listing states. The app sits in the Communication category.
Connecting on the 5G network
The main thing the app offers is mobile connectivity on 5G. The developer credits this to the nation's largest 5G network, which is the basis of the service.
The listing does not describe how signup, data allowances or coverage checks work inside the app.
The people-built network
The developer also describes a network built by its users, which it presents as the second part of the service alongside 5G. Users who take part in that network are the ones the rewards are tied to.
The listing does not say how a person joins, hosts or contributes to that network.
Rewards and what they depend on
The listing says rewards are set by network governance and depend on several factors. These include individual activity, network usage, technical or operational issues, and governance decisions.
Nova Labs does not guarantee, refund or promise any value for rewards, and the listing makes no guarantees about what they are worth. Taxes and fees also apply, and the full terms are linked from the listing.
