What the Hisnul Al Muslim collection contains

Hisnul Al Muslim, also known as the Fortress of the Muslim, is a collection of invocations (duas) taken from the Quran and Sunnah. The developer, Quanticapps FZ LLE, presents it as a reference for daily supplication and for special occasions.

The text is set out as hadith entries that can be read on their own, so a person can look up the supplication for a particular moment instead of reading the whole book. The app is aimed at Muslims who want these duas in a phone.

Reading the text in Arabic, English and French

Each supplication is available in Arabic, English and French. The listing says a transliteration appears below the text as you scroll, so the Arabic can be read phonetically without a separate guide.

Switching between the three languages is how the app is meant to serve readers who follow the Arabic text, the translation, or both.

Listening to hadith audio offline

The listing says the audio for every hadith can be played in offline mode. Once it is on the device, a person can listen to a supplication without an internet connection.

This suits someone who wants to hear the correct pronunciation of a dua before saying it, or who wants to listen during a commute or somewhere without signal.

Searching, saving and sharing hadith

A search field with autocomplete helps narrow down the hadith list as you type. The developer describes it as the main way to find a particular supplication.

A long press on any hadith adds it to a personal favorites list, so frequently used duas can be kept in one place. Each hadith can also be shared with family and friends, which the listing presents as a way to pass a supplication along.
