What Home Assistant Companion is for
Home Assistant Companion is the Android client for Home Assistant, a smart home platform that runs on a local device in your house, such as a Home Assistant Green or a Raspberry Pi. The phone app gives you access to that home system wherever you are. It is aimed at people who already run Home Assistant or are setting it up, and who want their devices managed from one place.
