The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Image to Text & OCR Scanner Extract Text from photo with Image to Text Tool

Editor, tools and utilities
Image To Text is an optical character recognition app. It reads the text in a picture and gives you that text back as something you can edit. The developer bundles three tools in one app: an OCR Scanner, a Text Scanner and an OCR Reader.
It suits anyone who needs words from a picture rather than the picture itself, such as notes written on paper, a printed page, a receipt or a screenshot of text.
The Text Scanner takes an image you select and converts the visible words into editable text. The developer lists it for notes and for reviewing extracted content before you use it.
The build we hold is Image To Text 1.5.8 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

The OCR Scanner handles photos, documents and screenshots. The developer describes it as the tool for recognising printed content in a picture, which avoids typing a page by hand.
For paper documents, the OCR Scanner is aimed at pages and receipts. You scan the page, and the app extracts the text from it so you can work with the words rather than the image.
The developer presents this as a way to make text capture quicker for records you would otherwise copy out manually.
The OCR Reader pulls text out of supported files. The listing does not name which file formats are supported, so the reader should check that their file type is covered before relying on it.
Once the text is extracted, the OCR Reader is for reviewing it or copying it into another document, which the developer presents as the way to put scanned content to use.
