Insight - Play With Friends

What Insight is and who it suits

Insight is a question game meant to be played in a group, at parties or anywhere friends are gathered. It offers both multiplayer and offline modes, so it can be played with people in the same room or with a set of players who are not all together. The listing gives the content rating as Mature 17+.

Answer-guessing rounds in Classic and Blackout

In Classic mode, one player is in charge. A question is put to the group, such as what someone's favorite movie is, and the others answer. The player in charge then picks the most convincing answer from those given, and points go to whoever wrote it, which feeds a leaderboard.

Blackout mode works differently. Everyone answers a question except one player, who chooses the best answer. A wheel then spins and hands out penalties to the players.

Offline party modes: Trouble, Hooot and Trash

The listing describes three offline variations for parties. Trouble mode is built around questions that cause problems, Hooot mode asks daring and intimate questions, and Trash mode uses crazy, off-the-wall questions. Each one changes the tone of the round without changing how the game is played.

Spicy mode for group conversations

Spicy mode is designed for groups and uses questions that suit wilder answers. The listing says it is meant to draw out buried secrets, hilarious anecdotes and the latest gossip, so it is aimed at talk more than at trivia-style answers.
