Invoice Simple is a mobile billing app for individuals and small businesses who need to produce a bill while they are with a customer. The listing gives examples such as a landscaping quote, or a receipt for entertainment supplies sold as a side job.
It handles three document types: invoices, estimates and receipts. Each can be created and sent from the same app, so a quote can be turned into an invoice without starting over.
The build we hold is Invoice Simple: Invoice Maker 6.16.0 (APKS split bundle) for Android 8.0 and up.

Documents are assembled from your own details. You add a logo and business information, enter bank details, and include a signature. Client details can be imported from the phone's contacts, so you do not retype them for each job.
Line items come from a product list, and photos can be attached to them. Taxes can be set per document and discounts can be added. The listing says the app includes professional billing templates, and that documents can be exported as PDF invoices and quotes.
A finished invoice can be sent by email, by text message, through WhatsApp, or downloaded as a PDF. The listing also describes send-from-device use on the road or at a client's site.
Notifications on the phone and by email report when a document is opened, paid or overdue. The Essentials plan adds read receipts. The Plus plan adds due date reminders, autofill for client and item details, and a personal owner signature.
Customers can pay by card through Invoice Simple Payments. To connect it, you select the accept online payments option and follow the setup steps in the app. The listing says card fees are low and can be added to the invoice, so the customer pays them.
Checks and cash are recorded alongside card payments. The Essentials plan also lists QR code payments and online transactions.
A bill organizer keeps receipts and invoices in one place, and expense tracking records what you spend. The listing says business reporting is included, which the developer presents as a way to make records and tax work easier to find.
The app offers a free trial, then three paid plans as the listing describes them: Essentials, with up to 3 invoices a month; Plus, with up to 10; and Premium, with unlimited invoices and priority customer support.
