The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Enjoy IPTV channels with simple playlist controls

IPTV Smart Online TV Player is a player for IPTV streams, not a source of channels. You supply the playlist or stream link, and the app plays it on your Android device. The developer presents it as a way to watch TV at home or away from home without a long setup.
It suits people who already have an M3U playlist, a local playlist file, or Xtream Codes details from a provider. Without one of those, there is nothing for the player to load.
The app accepts a playlist in three ways. An M3U link pulls in a playlist hosted online. Loading from the device uses an M3U file already saved on the phone or tablet. Xtream Codes API connects to a provider account and loads its channels from there.
The build we hold is IPTV Smart Online TV Player 1.8 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

The developer says each method is quick, so the first channels can be on screen soon after adding the playlist.
All channels from the playlists appear in one browsable view. From there you can rename a playlist, or rename individual channels, so a list with unclear labels can be tidied to suit you.
Renaming changes only how the app labels things on your device. It does not alter the source playlist.
Tapping a channel in the list starts playback of TV and IPTV stream content. The developer describes the start as immediate and without lag, though that is their claim rather than something checked here.
A single stream can also be played straight from its link, without adding a whole playlist first. This is useful for a one-off stream you want to watch.
