Smart POS to control sales, orders, products, stock, clients, finance and growth
Senior reviews editor
Jarbas is a sales and inventory app for running a shop or a service business from a phone. It covers point of sale, orders, products and stock, customers, credit sales and financial management in one app. A web version opens in a browser for anyone who would rather work at a computer.
Financial management is named as one of the modules, alongside sales and inventory. The listing gives no further detail on what it covers, so the reader should treat it as a named area rather than a described one.
The build we hold is Jarbas: POS, Sales & Inventory 2.7.68 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

The POS side records sales at the counter, and each sale reduces the stock count without a separate step. Orders are listed under the same sales module and are described as fully integrated with the POS.
This means the stock figure a person sees after a sale already reflects that sale. Nothing has to be entered twice.
Each product can be registered with a barcode, an image, a price and a low-stock alert. Stock is tracked in real time, so the count reflects the current position rather than a figure updated at the end of the day.
The developer presents this as a way to check stock and sales quickly from a phone, without a computer.
Products can be registered by batch, and each batch carries its own expiration date. The listing names food, cosmetics and other perishable items as the intended use.
Alerts flag items that are nearing expiration, so stock close to its date can be seen before it runs out of shelf life.
The app keeps customer records and supports credit sales, which lets a sale be recorded against a customer rather than paid at once. The listing names customers and credit sales as separate areas of the system.
The web version is reached through a browser and is the same system accessed from a computer, for those who prefer a larger screen.
