What Jewel Color is and who it suits

Jewel Color is a color by number puzzle game from TapNation. Each picture is a numbered grid, and every square is filled with a jewel instead of a flat color. The listing describes it as relaxing, with no timers or fail states, so it fits anyone who wants to fill a picture at an unhurried pace.

The game has no score to beat and no level to lose. The only goal is to finish the picture on the grid in front of you.

Filling a numbered grid with gems

A palette sits at the bottom of the screen. You pick one gem from it, then tap every square on the grid that carries that gem's number. Each tap places a jewel, which the listing says comes with a click sound.

The picture builds up in three stages: first the outlines, then the shading, then the final shine. Because each gem is handled separately, you work through one color at a time until the whole image is filled.

Picture library and new pages

The listing names a range of subjects, including snowy cottages, beach shells and starfish, pumpkins, frogs, windmills, planets, and flying saucers abducting cows. Grids vary from quick beginner layouts to detailed pixel scenes with dozens of shades.

New jewel art pages are added regularly, according to the listing, so the set of pictures is expected to grow over time.
