What Job&Talent offers as flexible shift work

Job&Talent is a work-finding service that lists flexible jobs from more than 2,500 companies. Many of those jobs require no previous experience, and the listing says no CV is needed. The app is the day-to-day side of the service, used once you already have a job.

It suits people looking for short-notice or flexible work near where they live, without a formal application process. The listing does not describe any other type of employment.

Getting placed through a local Job&Talent branch

Placement starts in person. You find a branch by searching for Job&Talent online, then either call or visit during that branch's local office hours. You meet one of the recruiters there.

Once you have been placed in a job, you download the app. Everything after that point happens in the app.

Accepting shifts and logging hours in the app

The app lets you accept shifts for the work you have been placed in. It also keeps a record of the hours you work, so you can see your time in one place.

Both functions sit in the same app, so shift acceptance and hour tracking are handled together rather than through separate tools.

Who the no-CV, no-experience model suits

The combination of no CV, roles open to people without experience and placement through a branch points to people who want to start working without a traditional application. The listing presents the app as the place to manage that work once it begins.

Its offer is broad in one sense: a large set of employers under one service, with the shift and hours tools for the work itself.
