What Joulia Charge is for

Joulia Charge is an app from Joulia AS for people who charge at Joulia charging points. It covers the everyday tasks around a charge: starting it, checking what power costs, and seeing what the bills add up to. The listing presents it as the companion for regular charging rather than a general EV app.

Most of its features sit in three places: the charging session itself, the price view, and the spending and invoice pages. Drivers who charge at Joulia stations regularly are the people it is built for.

Starting and stopping a charge

You begin a session by plugging the car in and tapping to start. The listing also says you can use a charging chip in place of the tap. The same controls stop the session when you are finished.

Before you plug in, the price view shows the total price per kWh and the hourly prices for today and tomorrow. That lets you see when power is cheapest and plan around it.

The app includes answers to common charging questions, shown inside the app itself. You do not need to leave it to look up a typical problem or question about how charging works.

This help is the last section of the listing's feature set, and it is the only support option the listing describes.
