What Kardmi is and who it suits
Kardmi is a 3D monster capture, collection and battle game with a role-playing structure. You play a trainer who catches creatures called Kardmis, trains them and fights with them. The name combines "card" and "amigo", the Spanish word for friend, and the listing presents the bond between trainer and creature as the core idea.
The game suits people who enjoy collecting and building a team over a long stretch of play. Its goal is set out as becoming a Kardmi Master, which means catching stronger creatures, beating Gym Leaders and climbing to the top as the strongest trainer.
Catching Kardmis across the open world of Gerdon
Kardmis live across Gerdon, an open world continent that you explore to find them. The listing states that catching does not depend on gacha draws, so you collect creatures through play rather than by spending on random pulls.
Because the catching system is built around exploration, the number of creatures you can collect grows as you cover more of the map. The listing describes each Kardmi as having its own unique and powerful abilities, which affects which ones you choose to keep and battle with.
Nine types and over 20 personalities
The nine Kardmi types are Water, Fire, Grass, Electric, Wind, Ground, Fighting, Dark and Psychic. Each creature belongs to one of these, so building a team means balancing types against the ones you expect to face.
Separately, the listing counts over 20 personalities that you discover as you play. These sit alongside type and are part of what makes each Kardmi different from another of the same kind.
Training and evolving Kardmis through battle
You train Kardmis by fighting with them. Battle is the way they grow stronger, and enough growth leads to evolution, which the listing describes as turning a Kardmi into a more powerful form.
Training and evolution run together with the rest of the game. A creature you evolve is the one you take into the next challenge, so the battles you choose shape which Kardmis you end up with.
Gym Leaders and the route to Kardmi Master
Gym Leaders are the main milestones on the route to the top rank. You challenge them with the Kardmis you have caught and trained, and each win moves you toward the title of Kardmi Master.
The structure gives the game a clear direction. Catching, training and evolving all feed into the Gym Leader challenges, and those challenges are what the listing presents as the path to becoming the strongest trainer.
