KIABI Shopping Mode & Maison

What the Kiabi app sells

This is the online shop of the French clothing retailer Kiabi. It sells women's, men's, children's, baby and maternity clothes, plus plus-size ranges, shoes, accessories and baby equipment. The listing presents it as a shop for whole families, so one app covers several people's shopping.

A separate Kiabi Home range is included for decor, storage and household linen. The app is therefore useful for both wardrobe and home purchases, though the two ranges are presented as distinct catalogues.

Buying family outfits and seasonal clothing

The listing highlights seasonal collections, naming denim, trousers, shirts, gilets, jackets and coats for the autumn range. It also advertises ready-made outfits for the whole family, so someone can buy matching or coordinated looks in one place.

Sportswear from the Ekstract line is listed alongside fashion items. Character-themed clothing and accessories based on Marvel, Stitch, Hello Kitty and Disney characters are also offered.

Click and reserve: ordering in the app, trying on in store

The app offers a click-and-reserve option, which the listing calls e-réservation. You choose items in the app, place the order, and then try them on at a physical store before paying for them.

The listing says this works for clothing, fashion accessories, home products and baby equipment. Because the trying-on happens in a store, the feature depends on a nearby Kiabi shop.

Home decor and baby equipment in one catalogue

Beyond clothing, the app carries Kiabi Home items such as decorative pieces, storage products and linen, and baby equipment grouped under puériculture. Both appear in the same app as the fashion range, so a single order can mix clothes, home goods and baby items.
