Lazada 11.11 Greatest Sale

What the Lazada 11.11 sale app is for

Lazada 11.11 Greatest Sale is the mobile shopping app for Lazada's marketplace, published by Lazada Mobile. The developer presents it as the way to take part in the 11.11 sale, with LazFlash price drops, LazMall brand offers and vouchers for first purchases.

The listing points to a wide range of goods, including electronics, groceries, toys, shoes, fragrances, health products, car and motorcycle parts, and men's and women's fashion. It suits people who buy everyday items online and want deals on them.

New users are told they get extra promotions and discounts on top of the standard offers.

Deals, vouchers and LazFlash price drops

LazFlash is the listing's name for limited-time price drops, which the developer says are updated every day. Promo codes, bank vouchers and discounts are described as app-only offers, so they are not presented as available on the website.

Coins come from checking in daily, and vouchers come from Lazada and from individual sellers each time the app is used. First purchases get discount vouchers, which the listing says are subject to terms.

LazMall is the branded section. Products are sold by the brands themselves through Brand Stores, and the listing names Nike, Adidas, Maybelline and L'Oréal among more than 10,000 global brands. App-exclusive notifications announce daily offers, deals and discounts.

Searching, filtering and reading reviews

Search can be narrowed by category, brand, price, rating and colour. Those filters are the ones the listing names for finding a specific item within a long list of results.

Personalised recommendations of products, categories and brands are generated by what the developer calls a recommendation algorithm. The developer says this is used to surface products, deals and vouchers chosen for each user.

The app includes customer ratings and reviews, and a Q&A channel where buyers can ask sellers questions directly before ordering.

Paying for orders and tracking delivery

The payment options named are Cash on Delivery, Lazada Installments, LazWallet and secure bank transactions. The listing describes these as ways to pay securely through several methods.

Order tracking is listed alongside fast shipping. The listing also names free shipping for all, which it puts in the featured updates.

Logging in and sharing products

Accounts can be accessed by logging in through Facebook or Google. The listing names these two login options.

Items and offers can be shared to Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and WhatsApp, with the listing adding that other services are also supported.

Reporting fake ads that use the app's name

The developer says some third-party advertisers have promoted the app fraudulently, using site redirection, fake vouchers and games. It says these ads were placed without its consent.

Anyone who sees one is asked to copy the page URL and send it to help@lazada.com with the subject AAV.
