This page needs its stylesheet to be shown
The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

LinkedIn Recruiter is the mobile version of LinkedIn's recruiting product for talent professionals. It lets you search and contact people across a network the listing puts at over 1 billion members. The app requires a Recruiter or Recruiter Lite account, which is a paid LinkedIn subscription.
It is built for recruiters and hiring teams who need to work away from a desk: reviewing profiles, replying to candidates and keeping a pipeline moving.
The build we hold is LinkedIn Recruiter 2.306.45 (APKS split bundle) for Android 9.0 and up.

Searches can combine Spotlights, smart filters and keywords, and the app searches the whole LinkedIn talent pool. Recommended Matches and Spotlights surface the candidates the listing describes as best matches for a role. Recent searches can be opened again and edited.
Suggested Actions gathers the tasks the listing says need attention, so the day's follow-ups are in one place.
You get real-time notifications when a candidate responds to a message. The listing says InMail messages can be drafted with AI, and claims this raises the InMail accept rate by 40%.
Outreach and replies happen in the same app as the search, so you can contact someone from the profile you just reviewed.
You can post a new job, update an existing one and manage the applicants who have applied, all from the phone. This suits a recruiter who needs to check or change a posting between meetings.
The listing presents this as part of the same pipeline view used for searching and messaging, so candidates move through one workflow.
Notes on a candidate can tag teammates, which starts a conversation about that person. Profiles can be shared with a hiring manager or client to collect feedback.
With Recruiter System Connect, the app shows information from your applicant tracking system on candidate profiles. The listing marks this feature with an asterisk, so its terms may differ from the rest of the app.
