Little Panda's Restaurant

A cooking simulation for young children

Little Panda's Restaurant is a cooking simulation from BabyBus, a developer of children's apps. You play as a chef who grows the business over time, opening new restaurants as you go. The listing pitches it at kids, and the content rating is Everyone.

Cooking dishes with taps and simple ingredients

You select ingredients, then tap the screen to slice, mix, boil, fry or bake them. The listing also names grilling. It counts over 30 desserts and dishes drawn from different cultures, including salads, juices, donuts, sandwiches and cakes, and about 30 or more recipes to choose from.

The game lists 40-plus types of food, with beef and eggs among the named examples. There are 19 kitchenware items, including frying pans and blenders. Sauces such as paprika and seafood sauce add to the range of dishes.

Running salad, Chinese, barbecue and cake restaurants

The restaurant types named are a salad store, a Chinese restaurant, a barbecue store and a cake store. Each is a separate restaurant you run. You ask customers what they like, then keep developing new cuisines to meet those tastes.

Customers who leave well fed pay you coins. You spend those coins to unlock new restaurants, so coins are what takes you from one kitchen to the next.

How cooking and running a restaurant connect

Cooking and serving form one loop. You make the dishes customers ask for, and their satisfaction turns into coins. Those coins open more restaurant types, which in turn give you more cuisines to develop.
