What the app is and who it suits
LLOYD AC Remote Control is a phone app made for Lloyd air conditioning units. It links a smartphone to a Lloyd AC so the phone can control the unit's indoor climate. It suits people who already own a Lloyd air conditioner and want to run it from their phone.
Controlling a Lloyd AC from a smartphone
The main use is pairing the phone with a Lloyd air conditioner and adjusting its indoor climate from the phone. The app is described as a stand-in for the unit's own remote, so the phone takes over the everyday control job.
Advanced features and personalised cooling
The listing says advanced features can be unlocked inside the app to personalise how the unit cools. These sit on top of the basic phone connection and are the part of the app meant for tailoring the cooling experience.
Developer and relationship to Lloyd
The app is published by myapps. The listing states that it is an independent solution and is not formally associated with Lloyd Electric & Engineering Limited.
